This field is used to change the way the employee enters their time.
- Hours - The employee enters time as hours worked on the given day and project.
- In/Out - The employee enters start and stop times during the day.
- In/Out w/ SmartTime- Same as In/Out with the addition of suggestions from the SmartTime engine.
