When you first access this form, the values from your master
record contact point are copied into the contact point fields
on this form. These values become the default values for new
employees that you add to the database and for records you
take over as timekeeper. Note that the timekeeper code is
left blank since it is likely that the timekeeper code from
your master record is that of your timekeeper, rather than the
code assigned to you.
Additionally, if your implementation of webTA supports
validation of accounts against external account tables and
primary timekeeper functions, such as building supplemental
files, they can be turned on or off on this form. You will
only see these functions if your installation of webTA
supports them.
Click Save to save the values or
Cancel to return to the Main Menu without
saving.
