You may Delete, Edit, or Create accounts. Your accounts
will be listed in the table shown.
Above the list of accounts is a section titled Account
list for. This indicates which Timekeeper the current
account list belongs to. If you are responsible for
maintaining accounts for more than one timekeeper, this
list will be displayed as a dropdown box that can be used
to navigate between the different timekeepers' account lists.
If you are only responsible for maintaining a single
Timekeeper's accounts, the user id of that timekeeper will
be displayed here.
To delete an account click Del button.
Once an account is deleted, it is no longer automatically
available to your employees, though they may
use it if they add it to their own employee account list.
This does not affect other timekeepers whose employees charge
to that account.
To modify an account description, make the modifications in
this table and click the corresponding
Save Description button.
This will not affect any other timekeepers or employees
who charge to that account, other than changing the
description text where ever it appears.
To create a new account in webTA, click New Account
.
Click Return to go back to the previous menu.
