Employee Summary

Introduction
Getting Started

The employee summary is displayed with the name and current status at the top followed by T&A data, leave balance data and employee profile information. If the record status is "Validated" or "Certified" this function permits you to certify or decertify the record. For other status codes you may only view the record. If you try to Certify or Decertify the record an error message is generated indicating the status.

You can review all of the data and if it is correct and you want to certify it click the Certify button just after the leave balance data. The data is locked so no changes can be made to it and you return to the Select Employee screen.

If the data is not correct you may reject or remove the certification (of a previously certified T&A report) by clicking the Reject/Decertify button. The Reject Employee Data text window appears where you must enter a reason for not certifying the T&A report. You cannot complete this function without entering a reason. When you have entered a reason click Save.

Once you certify the data changes cannot be made by anyone during the current pay period unless you remove the certification.

If you are using the Certify All option, you may click Skip to go to the next record without certifying or rejecting the current record. Do this if you need additional information to make a decision about the record.

Click Cancel to return to the select screen.
